Mr. Cheung is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) (FCPA (Practising)), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Public Accountants (FCCA) and Fellow of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (FTIHK). Mr. Cheung had worked in the Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong and a Big-four international audit firm before he set up his own practice in 1978. He has extensive business connections and experience in audit, business advisory, taxation, investment and finance.
And because of his services for the Chinese Temples Committee, the Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries under the Secretary of Home Affairs of the Hong Kong Government, the Betting and Lotteries Commission, the TV Show Organising Committee of The Community Chest, the Chairman of Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation Investment Advisory Committee and other public services, Mr. Cheung was awarded the designation of Justice of the Peace (JP) and Medal of Honor (MH) in 2006 and 2010 respectively. Mr. Cheung is currently the Vice Patron and member of Board of Directors of The Community Chest of Hong Kong.
Tony obtained a Master Degree in Accounting (MAcc) from the University College Dublin, Republic of Ireland. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) (FCPA (Practising)), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Fellow of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (FTIHK), Fellow of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), Fellow of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors (FSCA), Certified Chinese Internal Auditor (CCIA) and Member of Hong Kong Securities Institute (MHKSI). In addition, he is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
Before joining LCCPA, Tony had worked in 2 Big-four international audit firms. Tony has more than 25 years’ experience in auditing of listed and private companies, regulated entities, taxation, IPO and merger and acquisition.
Tony served as a panel member of the Small and Medium Practitioner Leadership Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants for 6 years from 2009 until the expiration of his terms in 2014. He also had been the Deputy Chairman of Asia Pacific Region and member of the worldwide board of Alliott Global Alliance from 2015 to 2019 - an international group of independent accountants, lawyers and consultants.
Amie obtained a Bachelor Degree in Economics specialized in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester, the United Kingdom. She has been working for the firm for more than 20 years and she has extensive experience in auditing, business advisory, taxation and company formation. Through her marketing and business development role, she has extensive exposure to meet with clients from difference industries. This allows her to have more thorough knowledge and understanding in the operation and financial performance of respective industries. She is a member of Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO) since 2008 and served on the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Chapter. From which she is exposed to a lot of first-hand information from pioneers of different industries in this network both locally and globally.
Since 2017, Amie is a core member of Global Mobility Services and International Tax Services Group of Alliott Global Alliance, one of the world’s largest global alliance of accounting, law and consulting firms. She has been appointed as the Deputy Chair of the Asia Pacific region for Alliott Global Alliance for the term 2021-2024, while continuing to serve as a committee member for the APAC region.
Annie obtained a Bachelor Degree in Arts majoring in Economics from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, the United States. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”), a Practising Certified Public Accountant in the Washington States of the America and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Hong Kong.
Annie has over 10 years of experience in the auditing and investment banking industry. Prior to joining LCCPA, Annie has worked for a Big-four international audit firm specialized in initial public offerings ("IPOs") and auditing of listed companies at the manufacturing, hospitality, retail and distribution industries. Annie had also worked for the Debt Capital Markets team of two international investment banks and was responsible for marketing and originating fixed income financing in the Asia Pacific region.
Franco obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and Law from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) (FCPA (Practising)), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Fellow of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (FTIHK), Fellow of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors (FSCA) and Member of Hong Kong Securities Institute (MHKSI). He has more than 26 years extensive experience in auditing, business advisory and taxation.
Angela obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, the United Kingdom. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) (CPA (Practising)) in Hong Kong, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in British Columbia and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She is also an Associate Member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
Angela has 18 years of professional experience in external and internal audit, corporate governance and risk management. Her main clients are public and private companies in trading, e-commerce, retail and distribution, manufacturing and hospitality industries. She has assisted various clients in assessing the internal control system and establishing procedures for enhancement of corporate governance as well as compliances purposes. Prior joining LCCPA, Angela worked for a Big-four international audit firm and an international consultancy firm.
Patrick obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) (FCPA(Practising)), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Fellow of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (FTIHK), Fellow of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors (FSCA) and Member of Hong Kong Securities Institute (MHKSI). He has extensive experience in auditing, business advisory and taxation and has been working in the audit field for more than 23 years.
Vincy obtained a Master Degree in Professional Accounting & Corporate Governance from the City University of Hong Kong. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) in the United Kingdom.
Prior joining our secretarial department, Vincy had worked in two international audit firms. Vincy has over 15 years of experience in auditing listed and private companies and handling company secretarial and statutory compliance matters for local and offshore companies.
Priscilla is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Associate of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (ATIHK). She has over 16 years of experience in taxation and business advisory, with particular focus on corporate and individual tax planning, tax objection, appeal, field audit and investigation etc.
Shirley has been devoted to accounting industry for more than 20 years. She is familiar with local accounting standards and has extensive experience in accounting engagements for clients of different business sectors, including trading, retail, sourcing, consultancy services, food and beverage, construction and asset management etc. She also assists clients to handle payroll, MPF, declaration documents, letter of credit payment procedures, employer’s return, individual tax return etc.
