On 17th December 2020 the government announced the launch of the fourth round of the epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic fund. The government will inject a total of HK$6.4 billion into the Anti-epidemic Fund, among which HK$5.5 billion will be used for 19 schemes, and another HK$900 million will be used for emergency purposes. This round will focus on supporting the listed premises that have been ordered to be closed for business, including beauty parlours and fitness centres. Restaurants, kindergartens, etc. will also benefit.
